Gameplay

  • Shiny Pokémon Improvements: Shiny Pokémon now show their official shiny colors, making them look more accurate and exciting. Instead of just a simple color change, their whole color palette is updated.
  • Shiny Icons in Menus: Shiny Pokémon now appear shiny not just in battles, but also in your PC storage and party screen, so you can easily spot them anytime.
  • Quest & Trade NPC Markers: NPCs (non-player characters) who give you quests or offer trades now have a clear marker above their heads, making them easier to find.
  • Fuse/Unfuse From Party: You can now fuse or unfuse Pokémon directly from your party menu—no need to visit a special location!
  • New Type Experts: Two new type experts have been added—Flying and Dark—giving more variety and challenges.
  • Random Alt Sprites Option: There’s a new setting that lets the game randomly use alternate Pokémon sprites when you encounter new ones, adding fun variety.
  • Outfit Menu Improvements: The clothing shop now uses different colors in the menu to show which outfits are city-exclusive or regional, helping you know where each one comes from.
  • More Character Customization: New customization options have been added so you can change your character’s look even more (check out the custom-outfits discussion channel).
  • New Pokédex Entries: Several custom entries have been added to the Pokédex, giving more personality and info about fused Pokémon.

Graphics and Menu

  • Animated Details: Small details in the game world like flowers and beach waves are now animated, making the game feel more alive.
  • New Loading Screens: Updated loading screen images give a fresh look when the game starts or loads.
  • Better Spriter Credits: The credits for sprite creators are now easier to read and can be displayed across multiple lines.
  • Battle Menu Improvement: After you switch a Pokémon during battle, the menu automatically goes back to the “Fight” option, saving you time during fights.
