Pewter City
Pewter City is a quiet and historic place in the northwest part of the Kanto region. It’s the first big stop for trainers in Pokémon Infinite Fusion. Known for its famous gym and the Pewter Museum of Science, the city mixes classic Pokémon charm with new fusion features, making it fun and exciting for all players.
Pewter Museum
One of Pewter City’s main attractions in “Pokémon Infinite Fusion” is the famous Pewter Museum, located in the northwestern part of the city. Open to the public for 50 Pokémon Dollars, the museum features two floors of scientific artifacts. The first floor showcases fossils of Aerodactyl and Kabutops, while the second floor hosts a space exhibit with a space shuttle and a large Moon Stone that fell from Mt. Moon. After gaining the ability to use Cut or teaching the Secret Technique Chop Down, players can sneak into the back of the museum to acquire the Old Amber, allowing them to revive an Aerodactyl later. In different generations, the museum has varied in accessibility and offerings, including a Move Tutor for Seismic Toss in FireRed and LeafGreen, and a fossil revival service in HeartGold and SoulSilver.
Pewter Gym
The Pewter Gym is the official Gym of Pewter City, specializing in Rock-type Pokémon. The Gym Leader, Brock, rewards trainers who defeat him with the Boulder Badge. Other known members include Camper Jerry, Camper Liam, and Brock’s parents, Flint and Lola. The gym appears in all Kanto-based games, maintaining a consistent design: a small building with a Japanese rock garden inside, one trainer, and Brock waiting on a large stone pedestal. In Generation I games and their Generation III remakes, a boy will lead players to the front of the gym if they try to leave Pewter City without earning the Boulder Badge. Located on the west side of the city, defeating Brock allows players to receive the Boulder Badge and freely leave Pewter City.
Gift Pokémon
Gift Pokémon are special Pokémon given to players by non-playable characters in the Pokémon games. These Pokémon are received without needing to catch them in the wild, often as rewards for completing certain tasks or reaching specific milestones. They can be unique or rare, offering players valuable additions to their teams.
